Documents and eSign

One of the key take aways from the Document Business Breakdown was our users needed more guidance to help make their documents legally binding. Our existing "next steps" were confusing and hard to find. I took the eSignature service I had delivered for use on our US and UK platforms and made it visible with the document. While eSign still lived as an independent service, the new document creation experience flowed smoothly from the interview questions to the document signing.
